I hope this works, most of it is in Korean and really the most important people to understand it are my Birth Mother and family. I thank everyone for the support and prayers. It is still a process that is challenging, emotional, weird, exciting, anxiety filled, hopeful and doubtful, so many different thoughts go through your mind.
Now I understand that only 2.7% (2,100) of 75,000 Adoptees who have visited Korea and done searches have re-connected with Natural/Birth mother/father/family. The whole process is complex, full of emotions, feelings of guilt, "should I do it" "it is too late, why bother"! It can boggle the mind, pierce the heart, rattle the soul. I have to ask others to translate more of what is said, then I will comment later.

Yes it works!! Thank you Don for sharing your story. You have a big heart and I pray that you will see your mother again in the spring.

Don,
ReplyDeletewow!Great quality here in my home back in the US,really it's amazing! You looked great and sounded poised. It is a lot of adrenaline to have the cameras rolling during all of this...I thought the ending was an authentic moment.
Can you give us some background and explain more of what the "Exorcist" show is?
Thanks Jane, Helena
ReplyDeleteThanks for the feedback. I hated the Extreme Closeup on the face and hairline!! Wassup with that, I'm gonna sue them for showing the truth that I am an OLD GUY! Oh well.
Well, I clicked your URL, then my PC started a download of 4 and a half hours !!!! So after half a day waiting I pressed play and got sound only. So don't worry about your hairline, I didn't see it hahaha. But I know what you mean,it's just different from looking in the mirror( it's even worse when you turn 60) !!! But I'm impressed by your voice which sounds very clear and friendly. Let's hope someone related to you got to see (or hear)this. I wish you so much succes Don.
