Hello, Korean War Baby, I just found your blog while researching the Holts. Amazing. I admire your warrior spirit and am happy for you that you have made a life for yourself in Korea. I hope it helps your heart.
I live in Creswell, Oregon, the town the Holts lived in, and where they first operated their adoption agency (about a decade before I was born). I grew up knowing their story, and our town is very proud of what Harry and Bertha Holt accomplished.
Please keep fighting the good fight, and please keep speaking up for adoptees. You are fierce and articulate and I can hear the walls crumbling from around hearts as I read your blog.
